Over 15 years ago I created the ABT Method, ABT is short for Athletic Based Training. So your training plan will have supersets, explosive and dynamic exercises that you need to take your game to the next level. Our Complete Athletic Based Training and Nutrition program also gives you a custom meal plan with a shopping list, recipes, and food exchange options. This is exactly what the pros use to maximize their training.

Your program will be designed to maximize results. We will focus on building functional muscle mass, power, explosiveness, and speed. 


Your program will be designed to execute at a commercial or private gym. However, you will not be training like everyone else. Athletes must train like athletes, not bodybuilders or fitness influencers. 


You will get a new program every 4 weeks to avoid muscle adaptation. We want to shock your body monthly to stimulate more growth and development. 


You will also get video demonstrations for all exercises. This is important because ABT requires you to maintain proper form and good techniques at all times. 


You will also have direct email access and the ability to communicate through social media.

With Phase 1 Sports, there are no generic, one-size-fits-all plans. Your meal plan is uniquely designed and tailored just for YOU.


I’ll factor in your dislikes, allergies, dietary requirements and goals to make sure your personal meal plan meets your needs. You will eat like an athlete.


Your plan will have a variety of options. You will be impressed by the creative choices and great-tasting foods, but let’s be clear. Athletes eat for fuel not for fun. 


As you progress and your body changes, so will your nutrition needs. Your plan will update every 4 weeks to ensure you are getting the proper amount of nutrients. Remember, it’s very difficult to out-train bad nutrition. So stick to the script so we can maximize your results.


As a part of your nutrition plan, you will get a simple shopping list to make things quick and easy. All you have to do is follow the plan and watch the results come!
